If you try to use your original password and it says the system doesn't recognize you, use the lost password feature and a new password will be issued. You can easily login and change your password to something you want after you use the system generated one the first time. If you placed an order and didn't receive a confirmation email, then we probably don't have your order in the system. If in doubt contact us at sales@bataliwholesale.com or you can fax your order to 1-888-505-7664. There are 3 "payment" options on the site. If you have ordered before and Batali has your credit card information on file, use the purchase order option. You can include your CC information during checkout. If you don't want to transmit your CC information online, you can use the purchase order option and include a note during check out that you need to update your credit card information and we will call you. The third option is check or money order. If you prefer to use that method your order won't ship until we receive your money. The only exception is if you have already set up terms with Batali/Creative Group Processing Times Batali Sunwear has become very popular this year and after each trade show it takes longer to process orders. The current processing time appears to be a week. So, please order early and reorder on a regular basis to prevent your stock from being depleted for an extended period of time.
